Zero knowledge

CryptNote never sees your notes. The server stores only encrypted data that is meaningless without the key, and the key exists only in the link you share, in the part after the # that browsers never send to servers.

Data collection

No accounts, no email addresses, no analytics, no tracking. IP addresses are used transiently for rate limiting and are not stored.

Data storage

Only the encrypted note and a creation timestamp are stored. Both are deleted on the first read or when the expiry you chose is reached, whichever comes first.

Infrastructure

CryptNote runs on Cloudflare's edge network. There is no central database and no content logging.
